Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mercury Marine reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mercury Marine shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Return Policy
Parts and accessories purchased from http://MercuryPartsExpress.com will be accepted for non-warranty return if returned to Mercury Marine within 30 days from date of invoice. No returns after 30 days are allowed. All returns must be new, undamaged, complete, never installed, and in original, factory sealed packaging. Returns must be sent prepaid by the customer.

Return Procedure

Contact Mercury Parts Express customer service at 920-924-1924 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA issued by Mercury Marine.
Package product for return. Returns must be accompanied by a completed non-warranty returns form located on the back of the Mercury Packing slip along with a copy of the original invoice.
When the product is received and complies with return policy a refund will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the product.

Online Coupons
Online coupons redemptions are limited to one per address, unless otherwise noted.
